Terms & Conditions — 666duit Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 666duit (the "Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 666duit online gaming platform accessible at https://666duit.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Service and close your account.

666duit is an English-language online gaming platform operated under international licensing, targeting adult Malaysian users. The platform is not affiliated with, regulated by, or endorsed by any Malaysian government body, including but not limited to Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any state regulatory authority.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 666duit Platform, through which the Player accesses all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, and support functions.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, or loyalty rewards credited to an Account subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds by a Player into their 666duit Account using a supported Malaysian payment method, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or direct bank transfer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process mandated by the Platform before a Player may process withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using actual deposited funds (as distinct from Bonus Funds or demo-mode play).
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") means the number of times a Player must bet the value of a Bonus before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of eligible real-money funds from a Player's Account back to the Player via a supported Malaysian payment method.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which participation in real-money online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 666duit, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• The Player must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. 666duit does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• The Player must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly unlawful.
• The Player must register using accurate, truthful, and current personal information. The provision of false identity information — including falsified date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• The Player must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the 666duit Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• The Player must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 666duit or its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account only on the 666duit Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Upon registration, the Player must provide the following accurate information: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. This information is required for KYC verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. 666duit will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 666duit support immediately by contacting us via live chat or email at [email protected]. 666duit shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

All financial transactions on the 666duit Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 666duit supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer / FPX / DuitNow: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's Account promptly upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 666duit does not impose deposit fees; however, the Player's payment provider may levy their own transaction charges independently of the Platform.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process. 666duit reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed as follows — E-Wallet cashouts (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes for verified accounts; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers are typically completed within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may be subject to variation during periods of high volume, maintenance windows, or pending KYC review.

Withdrawal Method Matching: In line with anti-money laundering best practices, withdrawal funds will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. In circumstances where this is not possible, alternative methods may be arranged subject to additional verification.

666duit may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, cashback programmes, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While active bonus funds remain in your Account balance, the maximum permitted single bet is capped as specified in the promotion terms — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this cap constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in bonus removal.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to rollover completion at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) and sports betting may contribute between 10% and 20%. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion is published in its specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements will expire at the end of the period specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Upon expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings (e.g., 5x or 10x the original bonus value). Any winnings exceeding this cap at the point of withdrawal will be adjusted accordingly.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a promotion is designated as a "sticky" or "non-cashable" bonus, the bonus principal cannot itself be withdrawn. Only the net winnings generated through wagering the bonus may be withdrawn once rollover is complete.

All games and betting markets available on 666duit are subject to the rules published within the game interface or within the sportsbook platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules relate to technical game mechanics, in which case the game-specific rules shall govern.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All slot, RNG table, and crash game outcomes are governed by independently certified random number generation algorithms. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to verified fairness standards.

Sports Betting: Odds for football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and international fixtures), UFC, and other sporting events are published in real time. Accepted bets are binding. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds stated at confirmation are locked.

Malfunctions: In the event of a game or system malfunction, all wagers placed during the malfunction period are void. 666duit will endeavour to restore the Account to its pre-malfunction state and will notify affected players where technically feasible.

Disputed Outcomes: All disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to the 666duit support team within seven (7) calendar days of the event. 666duit's internal dispute resolution process will review the matter and provide a final determination within 14 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666duit Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to defraud the Platform or game integrity;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits;
• Laundering funds through the Platform in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without promptly notifying 666duit of the issue;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 666duit staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 666duit Platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audio — is the proprietary intellectual property of 666duit or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, broadcasting, or otherwise exploiting any Platform content without prior written consent from 666duit.

Any unauthorised use of 666duit intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666duit, its parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of participation in games or betting markets on the Platform;
• Technical failures, connectivity interruptions, server downtime, or data loss not directly caused by 666duit's gross negligence;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus forfeiture;
• Any adverse legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Service in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 666duit's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

666duit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct;
• The Account is subject to a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• The Player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 666duit may withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's voluntary request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's last-used verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. The closure will be processed within five (5) business days of the request.

666duit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Mandatory KYC enforces this restriction.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or permanently). During the exclusion period, the Account will be deactivated and the Player will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests may not be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

666duit collects and processes personal data strictly in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an Account, the Player consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by 666duit is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. 666duit does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

666duit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 666duit will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email notification to the registered account email address, a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, or both. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

Amendments to bonus terms for specific active promotions will not affect bets or bonus claims already in progress at the time of the change, unless the change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666duit holds its international online gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 666duit's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

The Player acknowledges that this Agreement is entered into in the English language and that the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translated version.
